Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS) ship on the next business day. If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via the telephone number provided on your order.
Main reasons why your order may be flagged:

Billing address does not match the card used
Unusual dollar amount
High risk shipping location

If your order is flagged by our system, we will reach out to you to provide us with additional information to validate your identity. If this information is not received within the requested time or if you refuse to send the requested documentation your order will be canceled and you may not be able to place future orders.
After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided on your order. Please allow up to 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system. Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly. All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. This does not include packages which have been delivered or signed for. In store pick up is always available if the product you ordered is on hand . Drop off are available Monday-Sunday 9am- 3pm Connecticut & NYC ( drop off fee will depend on how far you are from our store ) Text 9172855575 for more details
(USPS 3-7 business days) - $11
(USPS 2-3 business days) $15
(USPS Express 1-2 business days) $35
Note : (( I would like for express to be optional I can use it when I would like to ))
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless its a issue on our company’s behalf . If the hair has been used ,Colored , or lace has been cut we are no longer liable . If you receive a wig and something is wrong reach out to us and we will ship you out a replacement once the product has been returned
